Two limits, and both count. Premium includes five packages and five Units of space. Six small parcels is six packages — the sixth pays rent even if they take almost no room between them. We would rather say so here than surprise you on a bill.
What's a Unit?
One Unit is about 16,000 cm³ — roughly a 25 × 25 × 25 cm box. We measure total volume, not shape: a long flat parcel counts the same as a square one of equal size.
If a package is larger than a Unit
A size fee is added on top of the package fee. A little overflow is on us.
- Up to 1 UnitNo size fee
- Each whole Unit above the first+€5 each
- A part-Unit, up to 10% overFree
- A part-Unit, 10–50% over+€2
- A part-Unit, more than 50% over+€4
This mostly applies on Standard. On Premium it only starts once you've used your five packages or five Units.
Letters
Letters are counted separately from packages and never take a package's place.
- Standard — letters held free5
- Premium — letters held free10
- Each letter beyond that€1.95 / month
- Size fee on a letterNever
One-off services

Large, light boxes can cost more than their weight suggests — you'll always see the exact price first.
If something stays past its window — six months on Standard, twelve on Premium — nothing is thrown away. The monthly rate doubles and we get in touch. We would rather chase you than lose your property.
