How we handle your post, in plain words
A summary of how the service actually works today. The full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy have the detail.
- We never open your postNot on request, not for any reason. Packages are recorded from the outside only — size, weight and a photograph of the unopened item.
- Your member number is how we match a parcel to youAnything sent to us must carry it. Items arriving without one are held separately while we try to work out whose they are.
- We forward within Greece onlyWe do not ship abroad. You see the price and agree to it before anything is charged or sent.
- Six or twelve months of storageSix on Standard, twelve on Premium, counted from the day an item arrives. After that nothing is thrown away — the rate changes and we contact you.
- No illegal, dangerous or restricted itemsWe may refuse or dispose of anything prohibited under Greek or EU law, and we may be required to report it.
- Not a registered business addressThis is not automatically a company's registered seat, and should not be used as one without advice.
- Identity checks are comingWe will need to verify who you are before launch, as services like this are normally required to. We will tell you exactly what we need and how long we keep it — we are not asking for anything yet.
Your data
Download everything — your details, every package, every email we sent you and any notes our staff wrote, straight from your Settings page.
We never see your card — payments are handled by Stripe.
Nothing is kept forever — photographs, email records and staff notes each have a set retention period, listed in the Privacy Policy.
Limited access — staff see only what their role needs, and every action they take is recorded.
Deletion — ask and we will remove your personal data. We will tell you what was removed and what we are required by tax law to keep.
These points describe how the service works today. Final legal terms are subject to Greek legal review before launch, and we will ask you to read and accept them when they are ready.
